You Ship Your Pickups
After placing your order, you will receive shipping instructions by email. Remove your pickups from your guitar, or have your tech do it, and ship them to us.

We Work Our Magic
When your pickups reach us, we get to work on them with our patent-pending optimization process – unlocking their full potential.

We Return Your Pickups
Once your pickups are ready, they will be safely packed and promptly shipped back to you.

Reminder: This process requires you to ship your pickups to us first. Orders are not complete until we receive your pickups for optimization.

Shipping Information:

  • Canadian Orders: All orders within Canada are processed as local shipments.
  • International Orders: Orders outside of Canada are considered international.

Important for International Customers: You are responsible for any additional fees, including duties, tariffs, and border charges that may apply upon delivery.
