Returns
Inspiritone does not accept returns for pickup optimization services, as the process is permanent.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the case of proven pickup failure caused directly by the optimization process.
Refund Procedure
- Customers must provide evidence of pickup failure caused by the optimization process.
- Our technical team will review the refund request to confirm the cause of the failure.
- If the pickup failure is verified as a result of the optimization process, a refund will be issued.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective,
- The item is damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Refund Process for Approved Returns
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund decision.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us for further assistance.
