How do I send my pickups to Inspiritone for optimization?

After placing your order, you'll receive detailed shipping instructions in your order confirmation. You'll need to remove your pickups from your guitar and ship them to us using the method specified. You can do this yourself or have your trusted tech remove them for you.

Who covers the cost of shipping my pickups to Inspiritone?

The initial shipping cost to send your pickups to us is covered by you, the customer. Please arrange and pay for shipping using your preferred carrier.

The cost to ship them back to you is included when you place your order. You will be able to choose from several shipping options.

How will I receive my optimized pickups after they've been worked on by Inspiritone?

Once we've optimized your pickups, we will ship them back to you using a secure and reliable shipping method. The cost for return shipping will be included and paid for during checkout when you place your order.

Can I track the shipment of my pickups to Inspiritone?

The return shipping of your optimized pickups is tracked by default to ensure safe delivery. We recommend customers pay for tracking at their local post office when shipping their pickups to Inspiritone.

Do you offer local delivery/pickup

Yes, we are located in Victoria, BC. If you wish to order with local pickup/delivery, please contact us first, so we can provide you with a free shipping option at checkout.

What if I have specific shipping requirements or questions about the process?

If you have any special shipping requests or need clarification about our shipping process, please contact our customer support team. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

Disclaimer

The Inspiritone process is permanent and irreversible. While a pickup has never been damaged through our extensive research, development and testing, there is theoretically always a small risk that any processing may result in damage to the pickup. Also, based on our extensive before-and-after listening tests with many players, we have not yet found a pickup that has not benefited significantly from the Inspiritone process, but tastes may vary.

Inspiritone is not responsible for damage incurred as a result of removal, shipping or re-installation of the pickup or if the client does not like the results of the process. Inspiritone will conduct before and after measurements of DC residence and inductance to ensure pickups are functional. Any pickup not within reasonable specifications will not be processed and will be returned to the client with the processing fee refunded.
